Contract Administration

Provide CLM and R&D operations support to biotechnology, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies at all phases of the drug development process with specific focus on R&D and clinical contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Develop and maintain comprehensive CLM systems and infrastructure, appropriate contract and legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, healthcare, employment, and privacy laws, codes, regulations.

Establish appropriate review and approval processes to effectively anticipate and mitigate legal and financial risks.

Operational Support

Optimize the operational needs and functions of the business, working with cross-functional teams on communication and reporting, document management, and process implementation.

Liaise with external counsel, service providers, contract research organizations, consultants, and advisors on contract-related matters for preclinical research, manufacturing, and clinical trials.
